Across the South West of Ireland, our farmers leverage deep roots and generations of knowledge, bringing pride to every drop of milk they produce. Their connection to the land forms the foundation of our supply chain, and through close collaboration we champion responsible farming practices that strengthen the resilience of our food system.

Our cows spend most of the year on fresh grass, and that’s something we’re really proud of.

Grass fed dairy is not only natural for the animals, it’s central to how we farm sustainably. Healthy pastures, healthy cows, exceptional milk.
